2. Provision of Service

We provide a platform for HVAC professionals to manage service agreements and automate reminders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Furthermore, when using our SMS and email features, you represent that you have the explicit consent of your customers to send them such communications.

4. Billing and Refunds

Our service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual subscription basis. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account. The Free tier is genuinely free forever for up to 5 customers.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or cancel via your dashboard.
